Windows 7 RTM x86 Final Build 7600.16385 English-US
Windows 7 RTM final is 7600.16385, which was compiled on July 13th and it was signed-off on July 18th.
The leak came from a Chinese guy who leaked both 16384 and 16385. He had the untouched ISO from 7-15-09.
He extracted the untouched ISO and leaked it as 3 rar files on pcbeta. Maybe he was afraid of something to leak the ISO with the real hashes from Microsoft.
A lot of people downloaded his leak and compiled it on bootable ISOs.
That’s why these ISOs contain the original files from Microsoft and install.wim is the same with the untouched ISO.
Microsoft created this untouched ISO in 7-14-09, if you look at the date of the files
